860 East Apartments & Townhomes

I have lived here for going on 7 years. And I simply love it. Great location. Easy access and just minutes from downtown. Everything you need just a short drive or even walk away. Plus management couldn’t be better. Always willing to help with any issues. The outdoor areas are keep clean and tidy. Maintenance response is stellar. The only complaint I have is that I wish I would’ve moved on earlier.

The entire staff is great, very caring and welcoming. With being a 1st time renter the staff was always helpful with the questions I had! Very understanding and patient! My townhome is not brand new but you can tell that work is being put into them to improve the quality! Definitely recommend joining this community!

The sign at the entrance says it all, “Welcome Home!” Very fitting for this place bc it is indeed super welcoming, safe, pet friendly too! Everyone who works here are also super nice. Maintenance is quick too. Definitely worth it to live here!!

We love it at 860 East so much that when we decided to sell our house we came back for a 2nd time. 860 feels like home and the office staff is always happy to answer any questions I may have. Maintenance comes in a timely fashion to help if ever needed. Apart from the great service, they have wonderful amenities such as a fitness center, playground, bark park and pool.

I’ve lived here at 860 East for about seven years now. This is a really convenient place to live. Groceries, restaurants, shopping...it’s only a block or two away. Management and maintenance have been pretty reliable over the years. Jamie (the manager) is generally on top of things. Any time I’ve had a problem it’s been repaired within 24 hours. There’s a nice pool here, a gym and good neighbors. I have really enjoyed living here all these years. Jamie and Amanda are the best!
