Had a terrific first visit to Madison Eye Care in Bay Village. They scheduled me promptly, were very accommodating and seem to have high standards for safety during the pandemic. Dr. Koubek was thorough and concerned with helping me find solutions to my issues. The rest of the staff was great too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This is the first time I visited this location of Madison Eye Care. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Sarah Munther was very through, friendly, and knowledgeable! I also appreciated the extra cautions taken into place during the pandemic.

The doctor and staff member were great. Care was great. The only thing I wanted to mention....she dilated my eyes. Which I was worried about since I had to drive myself home. She said it was a mild solution so should be ok. I was fine sitting in the office. But as soon as I went outside my eyes started watering, and my vision was blurred. I drove a little up the street and then had to stop and have someone come and get me because it wasn’t safe for me to continue. It took the rest of the day for my eyes to feel better. Just wanted to mention that. It doesn’t change my opinion of the staff and care. Again, they were awesome.

It’s been over a year since my last visit and Dr.Munther made me feel like I was just in last week. They don’t treat you like just another appointment. Always very friendly and efficient.
