  I would be giving a full 5 star review, but my follow up appointment really bothered me. EVERYONE there was so sweet to me on my surgery day for LASIK. I’m a bone marrow transplant survivor, so I was very nervous about side effects. My surgery went well. I saw a different doctor for my follow up visit Dr.Augustine, he made no eye contact with me when he introduced himself, barely looked at my eyes. Then told me “Here take your chart up to the front, I’m going to grab my stuff and meet you up there.” I carried my chart up front, and he didn’t bother saying goodbye as he rushed out the front door. I work in healthcare and I would never treat a patient like that. The rest of the staff was exceptional. Make sure you aren’t the last patient of the day if you see Dr.Augustine in Brecksville, he’s got places to be!

  I had really bad eye sight left eye-14 right-11 and back in 2017 I had a partial retina detachment in my left eye that required a buckle surgery. I had an ICL surgery to become free from glasses and contacts unfortunately I had complications meaning the lenses rotated, but Dr. Wiley and his team helped me to see 20 20 in both eyes when I was aware that I would likely be
  around 20 30 or 20 25 in my left eye. This was achieved with a combination of new ICL's and a SMILE surgery at no further cost to me. I could not recommend them enough it is a measure of their skill and commitment to a patient seeing how they handled it when something didn't turn out as expected. Thank you again Dr. Wiley and the team at Clear Choice for helping me achieve 20 20 vision.

  I was nervous to get lasik but they made me feel super comfortable, they have steps for everything that’s they explain to you. They are very informative, and they always double check everything to ensure prescriptions are accurate before surgery. My follow up was great, it’s been 11 days since my surgery and so far everything it clearing up and getting there. I did the PRK lasik it is a process of healing but they have helped me every step of the way and they are very friendly!
