This company was highly recommended by my sister - I'm glad I listened. Jim was friendly and professional, and calm. Jim is great to work with. He has done most of the plumbing in our house, and his work is excellent. In this case we were looking to replace an 18 yr old hot water tank. Jim explained all the angles very thoroughly, and saved us a lot of money… all while getting us the right water heater. We are very happy working with him and continue to highly recommend.
Would give 6 stars if I could. Jim the owner came out personally to quote a new hot water tank and not only gave a great price but a thorough explanation of some of previous owners DIY install issues. Due to this he again came out to do the install and help solve two other issues we discovered with drainage in my basement.
I absolutely recommend using him for any of your plumbing needs. His experience and knowledge is unsurpassed! I know I’ll be using Action Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.
My husband was installing, for the first time, a new Tub/Shower in one of our bathrooms, but when it comes to plumbing - call the guy. So, I called Action Plumbing to do the plumbing rework for a new Tub/Shower. Steve, the Plumber & his associate were professional, on time, honest, careful about tracking in the dirt (using their booties) & very nice! They did a great job and were so helpful to my husband in his next steps at continuing to do the install. A couple days later we had a small glitch when putting in the wall with the faucets, so we called Steve. He was out the next business day and helped us out again! I am so glad we called Action Plumbing. We will call them again for sure. Thanks!

Both times Steve took the time to carefully explain to me everything that he was doing and the repairs were made quickly and correctly.
