Caliber Collision

I would first like to say all of the people I have encountered at Caliber have been nothing but caring. I unfortunately had someone drive into my car while being parked and my bumper never fit right again. When I went into Caliber I spoke with Cody personally and the work that was done on my car was done 150%. I had my bumper fixed before at another shop and they glued it....GLUED IT. So when Caliber went to fix it they not only had to do the bracket but they also had to fix someone else’s mistake. They all went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed properly and I left a happy customer, no matter what I need done even it’s it the smallest thing I will always go back. It’s the only place I go in Ohio to fix my vehicle and I believe you should too!

I recommend this shop all day. They did a great job on replacing my tire and rim. Customer service was second to none. They did miss something but they went above and beyond to fix the issue and now my car runs great like before I got in my accident. Ask for Jim he was the one that took care of me. Thanks again.

I just want to give a shout out to Mary and Jim. They were phenomenal in helping me after my wife got into a minor fender bender. Jim was always true to his word and when he said he would call on a certain day to update me on my vehicle, he did. I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone. They have a 5 star rating on Google and it is certainly earned.

Everything was done in a professional manner. Mary was friendly and got everything taken care of without question. They kept us up to date with the truck repairs every step of the way. 5 stars

Outstanding quality and up-to-date information on my vehicle and what part of the repair cycle my Escape was in. Also the gave me exact time frames on progress. Quality of workmanship is second to none, highly recommended and when that day comes again I will insist on Caliber Collison. My Escape looked better than when I dropped it off. Bravo Caliber.
