Terraces at Northridge

It is such a pleasure to live in a apartment where I don’t have to worry about shoveling snow cutting grass, and when it comes to maintenance in your apartment, they are top notch. And the ladies in the office are all sweethearts when it comes to taking your calls and answering questions that help you. And the party’s that they have for appreciation for choosing to live here are Fabulous. And I feel very safe here. They take care of business when needed in your well-being and safety.

Great place to live, very quiet and friendly. Staff is always awesome, maintenance crew are great. Near a lot of great places to shop and dine, Great place to live. I would recommend.

There are so many things I love about living here and maintenance/everything seems to be improving. My biggest problem is that some buildings there are some HEAVY SMOKERS. I really wish people would take into consideration that they’re affecting other peoples health by continuing to smoke heavily in their apartments-it seeps through to other apartments etc. Simple things like opening your windows or just smoking outside could solve all the issues regarding that.You can tell who smokes because their blinds etc are yellow-it’s disgusting. I am hoping at some point this place becomes smoke free. For what we pay—-it should.
