Cleveland Hardwood Restoration

OMG my floors look so good. I can’t stop looking at them and touching them. I asked Jessie to just do what she thought was appropriate for the house because I had no idea, and I was not disappointed! Lightening of the floors will definitely make it bright and happy through our long Cleveland winters.

We had an incredible experience with CHR. When we moved into our 1890 built home, we wanted to refinish the hardwood floors and decided to go with CHR. I am so glad that we decided to do it! The floors are so beautiful and working with Jessie and team was such a delight. They are really good at their jobs and the result is absolutely gorgeous. If you are able to refinish your floors before you move in, it is such a treat! I didn't realize how smooth the floors would feel once they are refinished. We have a baby on the way and I like the floors will be smooth to the touch and easier to clean. We feel like it was a great investment in our home and will give us lots of enjoyment for years to come.

So pleased with my refinished floors. They came out just beautiful . Brian did a fantastic job and was so pleasant to work with. We had a unexpected surprise when we found a pristine hardwood floor under the carpet in one room . The wood was already delivered and the company took it back, which saved me thousands of dollars. Upstanding thing to do .
It took a bit of work to coordinate our schedules but once work began , everything went like clockwork . Brian was so accommodating to my crazy schedule.
I would definitely recommend this company and kudos to Jessica for running a top notch company .

I have no experience with hardwood floors and our home had never had them refinished. They were so yellow, worn and scratched. Jessie came in and met with us to discuss our options and she made it such an easy process. Casey and Anthony came in on time everyday and were more than happy to answer any questions. We left them alone to do their work and we were so happy with how beautiful the floors came out! They brought them back to life. I would trust them 100% to deliver amazing results. Where do I begin? After dreaming of these floors for 5+ years, Jessie and her amazing crew brought the dream to reality. Only it was not so cut and dry – – unforeseen circumstances between install and extreme humidity caused our floors to shift and separate in an extreme manner. This was incredibly stressful for me, and no doubt, incredibly expensive for CHR, but Jessie was an absolute rock star and stood by her product and company and had her crew tear out, reinstall, and refinish the multiple times that it was necessary to make our floors perfect. And they are. I thoroughly enjoyed all of the crew that worked in my home – – awesome people, absolute artists!
