Rocky River City Schools

I was dreading taking vehicle for recall issue. Thought it would take hours, and expected sales pitch for additional "needed" maintenance. I was greeted nicely, found a chair in sales area. 45 minutes later, done. Mechanic explained what was done, no mention of additional maintenence!
Only complaint is there are no vending machines.

This is the best all-around group of people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with, including with a dealership.

They always help you with your problems... Unfortunately for me I bought a brand new vehicle out of state in North Carolina that I could never take back for warrant to work or service, The vehicle has come to me with numerous small issues and CMA Ford and David primarily have been the ones to help me out fixing every problem that I have ever had with a new vehicle with no complaints

Recommend this dealership and David to anyone who owns a Ford in the area who need service or help with work

Good service, clean and most employees are courteous and helpful.
Only one new car in the showroom; pretty sad

I was in for rather mundane issues. Little annoyances. Anthony was awesome at understanding what I was asking, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.
