  I love the job they did on the carpet. This is my second time having them clean my house. The employees are friendly and attentive. I only gave a 4star because I got my couch done for the first time and was not really impressed especially for the price. Not sure I’ll get that service again but it did come out good.

  Very pleased with my Stanley Steemer service rep! He was professional and provided quality service in a timely manner. I originally wanted to wait until I got a coupon with a great discount. Then, as I began to reflect, I remembered that they are essential workers also during this time. I appreciate that the workers continue to risk their lives to ensure that we have clean carpet, etc. For that reason, I didn't mind spending extra money today to support a business that continues to do great work, show respect for customers by wearing masks and demonstrate professionalism.

  We were tired of our apartment building's attempt to clean the carpet and so finally, we decided to go the professional route, which is how we chose Stanley Steemer.
  
  Afterwards, we were incredibly happy with the results. They did an awesomely-fantastic job.
  The gentlemen were extremely
  courteous, friendly and showed great professionalism.
  
  Most importantly, their work turned out fantastic. Our carpet looks 200% better!
  
  We'd have no problem recommending them to anyone & we are definitely going to use them, the next time our carpet needs a refresher.

  The price is great for the quality of work. My carpets look totally RENEWED! The technicians were pleasant, professional and friendly. My carpet was tough because of the stains but they worked hard to bring it back to life and always took time to explain the possibility of deep stains not coming clean. However, the product removed all the stains and also cleaned my high traffic areas well! These guys were upbeat and very confident in their work, I was impressed at their attitudes and work ethic. Will DEFINITELY request team MIKE & TYLER for my next cleaning!
