We haven't received any service from here but this morning, my husband had to use the parking lot to turn his semi around. Being his first time taking this load and dropping food at Giant Eagle, he missed his entrance. A gentleman came out of the store, not only completely understanding with the mistake but gave my husband a bag of water and snacks and thanked him for being on the road.
