Dr. Nancy Musarra

I was truly impressed how quickly Dr. Mussara called me back when I left a voice mail inquiring about counseling. When she called me back she told me that she no longer does the type of counseling I was looking for; however despite this fact, she took the time to speak to me for an hour. She was eager to listen and very helpful. Thank you Dr. Mussara.

This is the only person as far as doctors and therapists or councilors go that has actually took the time to connect and listen. She actually cares about your issues and concerns. I use her methods and techniques literally everyday and I’m being serious literally everyday. If I could put 100 stars for her I absolutely would. I can’t express enough how much I recommend her to everyone. If you thought that was enough, she also worked around my schedule and always made me feel like I was at home talking to a life long friend. If you have any need for help in her field of work I don’t understand why you haven’t called her yet. P.S she has a book out called “The New Normal” and it’s absolutely an amazing read.

I've known Dr Nancy for many years and have seen her for issues for myself and for my son. I have never found another psychologist that understood and heard my voice. She offered helpful and insightful advice to view things on a different level that I had not thought of prior. She is caring, thorough and really believes in helping her clients. I cannot recommend her more and wish more psychologists could be like her.

I can't say enough about the impact Dr. Nancy Musarra has had on my life. After one session with her I knew she was the perfect person to help me on my journey in therapy. She is extremely kind, caring, and makes you feel comfortable in disclosing whatever your issues are. She always addresses everything with sound advice and has helped my mental well being beyond anything I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend Dr. Nancy to anyone going through a rough time, she offers amazing coping techniques and is always so down to earth in her replies. The world needs more people like Dr. Nancy as she does such a service in helping people when they're at their lowest and I can't thank her enough!

Insightful, educational, and informative. Dr. Musarra was able to provide new information for both professionals who work with developmentally disabled individuals as well as for families. Dr. Nancy provided information on best practices for supporting families and individuals as well as how to positively navigate systems such as schools, agencies, and professional providers. Dr. Nancy used her personal experiences and professional expertise to make her Workshop a meaningful experience. Highly recommend attending presentations both on a professional level as well as a personal level. Dr. Nancy's passion for her work along with her caring and empathy is clearly evident. Her presentation was positive and offered hope for families. Professionals in the field who work with disabilities should definitely attend a workshop - you will learn more about developmental disabilities by spending a day with Dr. Nancy than you did in your entire graduate school experience.
