Anita was amazing! I explained to her that I was trying to improve my flexibility as a natural way to to deal with chronic pain. After our session she pointed out areas of my body that were tight and possibly contributing to my issues. She even suggested stretches that were not currently in my routine. I’ve been getting therapeutic massages for twenty years and this is the first time I have ever been given feedback. Anita really cares about her clients. Her massage was the most therapeutic I ever had and as an added benefit very relaxing.
