Maple Highlands

Living here has honestly been amazing. This was my first time living on my own/ first apartment & Mr.LJ gave me a chance to be one of his tenants and I’m so thankful for that. The complex is always so clean and all of the other tenants are so nice and friendly ! It’s very peaceful and safe!

Great experience from the first day I came to see the property. Whether changing a blown fuse, or making calls for fixes and renovations, our property manager L.J. is a one man show and has always gotten jobs done quickly and efficiently. My time here thus far has been easy and peaceful.

I must say that this place is great for the value and the building is in what mostly is a very quiet neighborhood. I would be remised if I didn't mention the true reason that makes this place more like home and a great value. That reason would be Mr. Reed. "LJ", is the reason this place stays as comfortable as it is. He works hard to make sure each tenant feels valued and manages the buildings to perfection and making sure each of the tenants feel safe. When I decide to move on I will still come back to see Mr. Reed, he is knowledgeable and very friendly.

My move in and application process was so simple because the property manager Lj was very nice. Lj emailed me back every time I reached out. I moved in and one day I came home and a neighbor had got me a welcome mat. My building is very quiet and smells wonderful every time I enter. I feel at home and I haven’t been here a month yet. Lj and my neighbors are amazing. I’m so glad I picked Maple Highland over the other places I was looking at. It’s truly a great place to live...quiet streets and there’s always a smiling face coming or going!
