Springvale Ballroom

i’ve been here several times for various things and every time they are fast, the place is clean, and the staff is beyond friendly. cant say anything but amazing things!

I was in extreme pain because an infection in my mouth. We had stopped by another large hospital in the area originally, but waited for 2+ hours without being taken back.

We left to come to the Miami Valley Hospital Austin Blvd — immediately helped, taken back, and given medication to ease my pain until my antibiotics kicked in.

Dr. Dines, who was there that night, was amazing — super friendly, informative, and fast. Made me feel like I was cared for and also eased my pain so I could get some sleep, finally. Lifesaver!

Fast, friendly, efficient and caring!! Took my wife there as she was deathly sick. They took her back immediately and 3 nurses came in and started taking care of her. Placing her on bed and hooking her up to get her vitals. They were very friendly and caring to her being gentle as they started to triage and evaluate her. As soon as they were finished they brought her in a warm blanket and made her comfortable. Immediately the doctor came in and ordered tests that were completed quickly and with lightning results. The registration girl came in and completed all the paper work.The care there is second to none and the professionalism of the entire staff was amazing. It was a very clean facility on top of everything else. THANKYOU MVH ER Center!!!!

I haven't been to a doctor in years because of insurance costs. This was an AMAZING experience in an Emergency room. I drove 6 minutes from my house to the location, (checked in on my phone before i left), and was able to be brought back to a room within minutes of arriving. 2 nurses took information and triaged immediately with no wait time. The doctor came in, talked with me and confirmed my diagnosis. Asked if I wanted a covid test even though his thoughts were more of a sinus infection of sorts. I declined and they were perfectly fine with that. Registration lady came in took my info and she was great too! All around a great experience.

The doctors and nurses here are knowledgeable, professional and so kind. I was in unbearable pain and they were so unbelievably kind. Highly recommend these ladies. I wish I’d have remembered their names, I was on a bit of pain meds. But I was there between 1:30-5am on the 9th, hopefully this helps them get some recognition. They got me back RIGHT away too and 3 ladies started helping me asap. I was only there that long because they let me rest and made sure I was good to go before they sent me home. Thank you guys so much! #angels

We held our reception at Springvale and could not have asked for a better location! The venue coordinator was so helpful throughout the entire process especially with navigating throughout the ongoing global pandemic. It was super easy working with one vendor on linens, centerpieces, cake, and chairs. Their team set everything up and took everything down at the end of the night which reduced the amount of stress on me leading up to the wedding. Did I mention how absolutely dreamy the venue looked during the reception? Stunning! Pricing was absolutely reasonable for the greater Cleveland area. Highly recommend Springvale - you will not be disappointed!

Springvale Ballroom was fantastic from start to finish. When we first saw the venue we were immediately in awe of how beautiful the inside was - it's truly a hidden gem! Brittani was very professional and provided us with everything we needed as we live out of town, and stepped up to the plate again when we we had to reschedule due to COVID. I could not be happier with the staff and facilities at Springvale before, during, and after my ceremony. Thank you so much!

This is a great historic venue in North Olmsted, OH. Lots of room for 200 guests and a dance floor. I love it and reccomend it.

My review is for the ballroom:

Springvale was my dream location. For 18 years, I’ve dreamt of having my wedding at Springvale. When we got engaged, I let my fiancée explore some other venues. He wanted to compare some prices and be sure he liked the place as well. It wasn’t long before he agreed Springvale was the perfect fit for us. We got married on 4/28/18, which is the last weekend of ‘Wedding Season’, so we were able to take advantage of discounts with a few vendors.

Right from the start, Kelsey was amazing to work with. She was helpful, patient, and bubbly. A few months later, she left the company and we were so nervous to have a replacement! Then came Brittani. She was also amazing- experienced, dedicated, and detailed. She is so friendly and eventhough she sees hundreds of couples- she really made us feel like we were special and our wedding was exciting. It is clear her main objective is creating the perfect event for her client.

Springvale is a classy, traditional, vintage-style ballroom. The gorgeous wood floors, giant bar, high ceilings with draped tulle and chandeliers were exactly what we wanted for our wedding. The room set up for our wedding allowed for a huge dance floor. This venue is great for large weddings because it’s not crowded at all. Very accommodating. We went to a tasting and got to choose some menu items which were all delicious.

We chose the chicken piccata and roast beef. On wedding day, the chicken didn’t have much sauce with it, so it was pretty bland. I was disappointed, but everything else was wonderful. They forgot to pour the champagne for the head table, so we had nothing to toast with. We were nervous about having enough bartenders for our crowd (a friend had said his daughters wedding had a line at the bar all night), so we sprung for a 3rd bartender. Not sure if we needed it for 220 people, but for sure there was no line at the bar. All of the staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodating.

Brittani made everything EASY. I love Springvale so much and I couldn’t be happier we chose it for our reception. Hands down, my favorite vendor for our wedding. It truly was a dream.
