O'Neill Healthcare North Olmsted

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone. I never felt like my mother’s needs were neglected. The staff are always so nice to the residents. They were always in communication with us about every detail. It’s a clean facility. They always have activities going on for the residents. I always felt good about the care she was receiving and her overall safety being there.

i worked with agency for 2 years before joining the o’neill team. Management was so friendly and encouraged the transition. Everyone has always been accommodating to when i needed to make changes to my schedule. There is an abundance of team work. Management works really hard to show us how much they appreciate us with fun give always, pot lucks and the open door policy!

My stay at ONeils has been great Rob and Julia from admissions checked on me all the time to being sure I was being taken care of. Your nursing staff and sides were fantastic. Your therapy people were the best. They made going and doing therapy enjoyable. I feel like I'm leaving my family. I'm going to miss you all and I want to thank everyone for all they have done for me.

I've been working here since June and I've been amazed at the teamwork, appreciation, and communication between staff. I've absolutely adored the residents since day 1 and I'm pleased with the benefits offered as well as the overall facility. It's clean, spacious, accommodating, and always keeps us busy which is a plus. If I had one place to recommend for a family member to be placed O'Neil North Olmsted would be at the top of my list.
