Tina at the leasing office was great! She answered all of my questions and helped me with everything I needed. I love that these apartments have easy access to a local playground and splash pad!
I had the pleasure of having a lovely apartment shown to me by Tina Stevens. She was very helpful, detailed and courteous. I hope to move in these apartments!
Tina was very energetic, enthusiastic and helpful. She was also incredibly up front and realistic and made us feel like we weren't getting the usual sales pitch. She was super nice and the model suite we were shown was spacious and affordable. My husband and I will definitely keep Pine Forest in consideration for when we move.
I’ve lived here since 2013. A few times I tried to look at other apartments to only find that this place is the best in terms of price versus square footage. It takes me 25 minutes to get downtown (unless it’s rush hour) and 35 minutes to get to Akron. So I love it.
The maintenance are friendly and responsive. They have a little trouble keeping up with the winter snow and I wished they’d hire out to handle these things. Because of that the maintenance on the apartments falls to the wayside. Again not their fault so be patient with them. It’s not even office’s fault. It sounds like an upper management issue.
The walls are paper thin and the floors creek but that’s to be expected living in an apartment and it not being a luxury space. I feel bad because I put my television on loud enough to hear over my air conditioning and I could hear my own TV in the hallways. So loud.
The “locked doors” don’t always latch. And sometimes are left wide open for anyone to surprise visit. So be aware of that. I live near the front door of the building so anytime someone buzzes it scares the Jesus out of me.
My neighbors are pleasant. I have no complaints. Beware that you are next to the high school. I see complaints about that but that falls on your responsibility not theirs.
Oh. You can smell what everyone is cooking. And that can be annoying at times.
The kitchen is very small.
The living room is gigantic.
I enjoy both of my rooms and my balcony except that wasps love the area. There are a lot of animals and bugs. But again not their fault you are by a lot of wooded areas! I’ve never had any bug problems in my place or my building. So it’s not an infestation problem.
The swimming pool isn’t the best and is closed half the time. So that’s sad but it’s better than no pool.
There are garages and carports. I pay $10 for mine. That’s pocket change.
I see that people comment that this is the ghetto of north Royalton. I’m not sure what they mean about that. Maybe because my building is in the front of the complex and is very quiet.
Pretty good bang for your buck. The only downside is don’t do your laundry here. Only one per building and it’s broke most of the time! Anyways they are very small appliances and it’s not worth paying $5 per load (wash and dry).
