Knapp's Madison Auto and Towing

Another great experience. They figured out what was wrong with my truck within a day of dropping it off. Communication was great, I knew exactly what was going on while it was there and given a est of when it would be done. Was done on time for a very fair rate. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!!

Came in to Knapp's with a bad sounding muffler. The team was very professional and gave me an expected time frame for the vehicle and were upfront with fair pricing. They also let me know of other considerations for my vehicle such as recommending new tires. We're not pushy just gave their best advice on how long they would still be good for. Excellent experience.

The competition down the street quoted me $715 to replace a wheel bearing. A quick google search suggested that it should be less than $400, so i called Knapp's and their quote was in line with what the google machine said. I booked an appointment for the next day, and they got the work done. I had to bring it back in the next day because there was still some vibration in the area of the wheel bearing. They had it fixed within a couple hours at no additional charge. Knapp's is a trustworthy shop and they've earned a customer for life.
