  So far, I was pleasantly suprised to have some good news and a surprise call from you guys with a lower insurance quote. I look forward to working with you in the future and possible changing things on my policy to be the best it can be.
  
  Marylou was so lovely on the phone. I enjoyed my time with her and appreciate her kindness and demenor, she is a gem and made my day, honestly. Thanks for the cheaper rate than I had at my last "insurance" company and I'm happy to be a part of State Farm!

  Very well clean establishment. Very organized and very friendly and helpful and explain details if you don't understand.. I came from another state to move here and the DMV over there sent me a cancellation order of registration and to surrender plates due to non payment but they immediately sent proof of insurance which they didn't have to but they were very Professional and helpful for my concerns. I highly recommend this office. Staff is awesome. Thank you very much.

  Being a new driver, I don't understand a whole lot about auto insurance, but Mary took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood everything by time we hung up. The agent Steve and his staff are so nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office for insurance.

  This business is an example to what all kinds of businesses should aspire to. This may seem like extreme praise, but they deserve it. Everything that I did not understand, they took the time to explain, and nothing was to small. Ben has been a lifesaver for me and understanding insurance. Then Steve McIntosh helped me understand differences in different types of insurance. They are all about customer service. Thank you guys for everything

  My experience with Steven McIntosh was exemplary. His customer service skills and engagement to my needs were refreshing to experience. I just recently contacted him for a couple of things I did not understand. He took the time to explain and make clear the policy and billing in a matter of minutes. I would absolutely recommend my guy Steven and his staff!
