Staff is very nice. This year they are under staffed but they did the best they could. Its hard for a lot of places to get people to work anymore, hope it gets better for everyone.

I stopped into this location with my daughter and it was very busy considering it was 11am midweek. There was one lady who was helping everyone on the floor. She was quick and responsive to not only my questions and needs but to the other moms who were also shopping.
When I checked out she and another lady were very helpful in ordering what was out of stock.

Customer service was amazing ... greeted me as soon as I walked in ... and helped me from start to finish... the young girl even ran back and forth grabbing different sizes for all three children to try on... and was very patient while my children tried everything on.... even with the store being very busy at the time, I felt like she gave me personalized service

I live in Chicago and we have stopped at the bridge view location here in Illinois which was nice but my mom lives in Ohio we went to this location with my daughter who’s going to 1st grade at our lady of the rosary here, we loved Shondrea the assistant manager, she had really big puff balls and my daughter now feels like she can wear them everyday lol. She was so sweet and hands on with us, she got our dress code printed showed us things we could buy an ordered things that were here waiting on me when I got back from our visit. Wonderful service I hope she will still be working there next year on our return trip.
