Coach Coleman has physical therapy knowledge to support recovering athletes. He also knows how to use preventive exercise measures to support athletes in order to prevent . Coach Coleman is personable and dedicated to his craft. He is a true student of the sport of track. I have been going to GSPA for many years. It is always an awesome experience with Coach Coleman who is very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this training to people of all ages and skill level. Very clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere.
