I ordered my phones online and walk into store after customer service told me I needed new Sim cards I was very frustrated. Ready to throw the phones and stick with my old carrier. But Vance along with the other associates were very calm and helpful they were amazing to talk to they fixed my problems. I walked away very pleased with working phones. They even convinced me in to a watch special thwy had going. Thanks guys love it tho

Johnathan was amazing! The store was busy yet he still took the care and time to give me that one on one experience. He was knowledgeable and didn't give me a high pressure sales pitch. His personality is amazing. The store was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this location.

Best T Mobile in Jacksonville? You better believe it. Me and my wife came to upgrade our phones and unlike the normal, slightly aggressive non caring energy we've experienced at other locations. John and the other delightful representatives were warm, welcoming and very helpful. We came at a bit of a busy block but that didn't stop them from effectively assisting us and making sure we didn't feel puttering around the store.

They dont have food but they got phones!
Plus being by some of the best food in Arlington, how can you not want to come to this location, grab some Louisiana, Traphouse or Lemon Peppers. Anyway, if you are thinking of switching or need help with your current T Mobile plan, this is the spot. Easily.
