    According to their recorded message, the service department is closed on Fridays due to COVID-19.

    We moved to Strongsville a few years ago from Streetsboro. The difference in city services is like night and day. The service department is very responsive. I called on a Friday regarding an issue. On Monday, they we at our address and letting us know that the issue would be fixed by the end of the week.

    Thanks to Steve and Brent for the quick and courteous response. It is great to live in the best suburb in Cuyahoga County.
