  Graceful Living Transportation has provided my rides since January 2022. They are prompt and helpful. Anthony, the dispatcher has a soothing caring voice. The drivers are personable and follow protocol to make sure I am secure and safe while in route. I prefer Graceful Living for my medical transportation needs. Best wishes for a safe year!

  Graceful Living has been my LifeSaver since 2009 ! My mother Marcia Karbin was a Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor and , I , her daughter her Primary Caregiver for 15 years. My mother was a quadriplegic and needed extensive care including wheelchair transportation. Graceful Living transported her to doctors appointments, Emergency Room, Rehab facilities , Restaraunts, Family engagements and Holy Spirit Catholic Church weekly. We moved to Avon lake Ohio and needed a RELIABLE and UNDERSTANDING TRANSPORT SERVICE. Graceful Living was the only company that was willing to transport my mother to Church every Sunday rain or shine. Graceful living also was kind enough to bring my mother to my home every Christmas and to Church EVERY Christmas EVE Until my moms death in 2014. The drivers at this company have been compassionate to my mom engaging her in conversations and we all developed a very close and positive working relationship. My mother’s quality of life would NOT have been what it was after her Brain Injury if it wasn’t for the Diligent and hard working people at Graceful Living! They were always on time for her appointments and when we called for Pick up were always there for us promptly which was very important to me despite their busy schedule. Would highly Recommend this company to anyone for their loved ones.

  I have been employed by this company for awhile. I will say they are by far the best company around. when I pick up clients they tell me they will only go with our company. There pay is very competitive to the other transport companies.
  I have work for several of the other companies and this company is by far the better one. They are willing to help you if you need time off for any reason. They treat there employees well. Also they make sure that employees have everything they need and they keep there vehicles running well. I plan on staying with this company for a very long time
