  Mary Goodwin was such a pleasure to work with and is truly excellent at her job. It was our first time going through the home-buying process, and Mary worked to make sure it was entirely stress free. She worked quickly to find us a home we both truly love and never made us feel rushed or apprehensive. Her communication throughout the process was excellent and she was an advocate for us throughout the whole process.
  Additionally, several members of the Ed Huck team contacted us throughout our closing period to make sure we reviewed and signed appropriate documentation. I cannot recommend Mary Goodwin and the Ed Huck Team enough!

  We had an outstanding experience working with Shannon from the Ed Huck Team! We especially appreciated her insight while looking at houses, and felt grateful for her patience and guidance throughout the process of acquiring ownership of our home! Shannon provided us with a plentiful list of lenders and resources, several of which we used and were extremely pleased with. Shannon, and the lender we worked with, were responsive to our needs and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Shannon also made sure to review offer documents and the contract with us so that we understood and were comfortable with all aspects of our purchase. As first time home-owners, we felt truly blessed to be able to work with Shannon, and we look forward to working with the Ed Huck Team in the future!

  Ed, Julie and the ENTIRE Huck team are amazing! They have a process that ensures all details are covered and I never had to wonder if we covering all the bases. They are professional, efficient and knowledgeable about the housing market. They navigated a high interest rate, low inventory housing market and our house sold for over asking price. Thanks to the entire team for making the process of selling our home easy!

  It was such a pleasure to work with Shannon Dubin. Being an out of town buyer can be challenging and Shannon was on her game throughout the whole process. The entire staff at the EH Team were also amazing to work with. Everyone is so responsive and helpful when you need it. I’d absolutely refer to Shannon in the future should I ever need to buy or sell again. My sister and brother-in-law have used Shannon and the EH Team for their last several real estate transactions and now I know why they were so happy. Thank you Shannon, I appreciate everything you did to help me and I’m so happy in my new home!

  We had anything but a normal experience buying our first home. Julie Burr was phenomenal through it all. She was attentive to our concerns, quick to reply, and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. She made sure to understand our needs, wants, dreams, and even our plans for the future. I would recommend Julie and the Ed Huck team for any and all of your real estate needs!
