(February 1, 2020, 12:22 pm)We were at a convention in Grand Rapids..stopped by his booth..noticed he had tiaras on display...asked if we could purchase 2 for granddaughters who play princesses...said these were display but would be glad to send them to us..I expressed I wanted to buy 2..also wanted them by Valentine's Day..I called him yesterday noon...he gave me routing number for UPS..well I got them January 31, the same day I called him...very pleasant, enjoyed talking with him

We have several different ribbons that we order for our events and sometimes special requests. Everything is always exactly as we wanted. I highly recommend this company.
