  When I first came to COPT, I was in consistent pain ranging from "guess this is my life now" to "should I call EMS to peel me off the floor?" Having struggled with pain since 2017, I assumed this was just what it was like to be older than 25. Concerts, mosh pits and standing for hours were in my rearview mirror. Goodbye festivals, sweary crowds, and deaf ears. We will never sance again. Finally being diagnosed with retrolisthesis and arthritis in my lumbar region, I was referred to this clinic. The first visit was actual torture with a following day of borderline seeing the Lord and talking to the Saints. From then the progress has been steep. The greatest benefit was a combination of exercises, cupping, and dry needling. Since starting the dry needling my pain has sustained at a 0-1 with occasional peaks at a 3-4. I even made it out to a concert and my husband was more sore than me. Thank you to Sarah and Dr. Porter for reviving my dancing spirit. Now I can return to the good ol' signature injured antelope moves that turns all the heads.

  Dr. Porter and Lauren were awesome. I tore my hip flexor and a two other ligaments in my hip 3 years ago, running a marathon. Intelligently, I kept running ;-).
  
  This is the first place that I have been that immediately helped with the pain and in getting the flexibility back in my hip. As of yesterday, I am cleared to run again. Thanks guys. I highly recommend.

  If you are in need of PT, Central Ohio Physical Therapy in Delaware is the place to go! Dr. Porter is truly a blessing and words cannot express how thankful I am to have found her. She saved me from having to have surgery. She gave me back freedom to be able to move without being in agony from the amount of pain I was in. I recently moved to NC, but drove back to Ohio to see Dr. Porter for PT. Trust me, you will not be disappointed if you visit COPT! Dr. Porter definitely deserves an award and I will be forever grateful!

  This wonderful team provided me with physical therapy for 1) plantar fasciitis, and 2) total hip replacement. Because of their expertise, my fasciitis is completely gone and my hip is totally functional. Because of their warm, friendly, and professional care, spending time with them each week was a pleasure. It’s been one week since I was too healed to keep scheduling appointments, and I miss our therapy sessions. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend Central Ohio Physical Therapy highly enough.

  Dr Porter and Lauren are great! They enjoy helping people get back to our regular activities. They allow the patient to be a part of the plan, it matters if you feel something is helping or not they want your feedback. They try different procedures and discuss with you and each other to get the best action plan in place. They work extremely well as a team! Great job ladies!
