The team at Hanger clinic is always cheerful and professional and takes such good care of us every time we are there. With two members of our family needing AFO’s and SMO’s we needed a place that knows what they’re doing and loves helping others. This is Hanger Clinic on Gemini Place to T! They are great with kids especially my high anxiety and sensory struggling kids. Thank you so much for your care!
The staff are wonderful!! I've been a client since I was 13 years old....I am now 66 and I would NEVER even consider going to another prosthetics facility! I recommend Hanger Clinic every chance I get! I absolutely love and highly respect them!!
I scheduled an appointment at the Hanger Clinic on Gemini to have a bolt, straps and cushion replaced for my leg brace. Receptionist Jodi was friendly and kind as she happily collected my documents and we had positive interactions. Then I met with Nicole who also continued the pattern of providing excellent service and again had positive interactions. Nicole provided all the services I needed with smile and charged me zero, saying since this is the first time I’m visiting this location (recently moved from Los Angeles) the service was a complimentary. I honestly would have been happy to pay them because of the positive experience. This is definitely my to go location for all my brace needs.
I give the staff (Scot and Jodi particularly) at the Gemini Place location (Columbus Ohio) the very highest marks, They definitely went above and beyond this week to get my AFO brace made and delivered, after an unexpected and unpleasant delay at another office in Columbus, where the office administrator is evidently grossly incompetent. Thank you Scot and Jodi for doing such a great job!
I overall have loved my experiences with the Hanger Clinic on Gemini. My son has been getting his brace here for almost three years now and everyone has always been very nice when we get fitted and get adjustments. I do wish turn around time was quicker but I know that’s completely out of their hands. I’d like to see more availability, it’s not that big of a deal for us personally but I can see how some people couldn’t afford the week+ that I can take to be seen for an adjustment.
