Very fun box with amazing coaching and friendly members. I’m in town often for work and always make sure to drop in. They have a ton of great equipment and challenging programming. Very welcoming to people from out of town.

Great place to train, very good coaches!

I had an awesome time dropping into Polaris! Finding a gym during travels is always daunting...new people, different facilities, different coaches, etc. Polaris and their coaches provided such a welcoming atmosphere and the other athletes were extremely encouraging. I felt right at home jumping in and working out with my fellow crossfitters here. From the moment I walked in to the point of departing, I felt like I was apart of their family, rather than some stranger sneaking in and out without a peep. Their workouts were highly accommodating for all levels and the coaches cared about doing things right...versus just being about how heavy you can lift. Proper warm ups. Interactive coaching. Clean and open facilities. Family Community. I look forward to coming back and getting a good sweat here in the future!!
