Burg CrossFit Sunbury

Burg was my official introduction into CrossFit and it has left me hooked. Amy and the rest of the staff here are incredible. Friendly, inclusive and will teach you a TON about fitness. I would recommend this gym to everyone in the area!

It’s been a full year since my CrossFit journey started!! I was terrified - won’t lie - when I started, & now I have ZERO idea why! Ha! Now my family and CrossFit FAMILY at Burg are just scared of how much I love it! I was tired of not feeling my best not just physically but mentally too…I owe this Gym and everyone in it a huge thanks for helping me on my journey to making me WHOLE again! It’s SIMPLY THE BEST *cue the song* :)

Now I'm not much of a fit person (I workout 1-2x a week max), but I've always been curious to try out Crossfit. Initially I was intimidated, but really everyone here was warm and welcoming. I ended up having a great workout session and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try out Crossfit!!

I am new to the Burg and I love it. I go to the 5am class and everyone is so fun and motivating. I love that the exercises can be scaled so that beginners can work at it to improve. The trainers also do a great job with showing proper technique and take the time to walk you through something you might be struggling on.

I am not a member but my sister is. I have worked out there once and it was one work out I will never forget! I can tell you one thing though! If you are looking for a place to do CrossFit and have the best coaches that influence you with the most positive energy a person could ask for, Burg CrossFit Sunbury is the place for you! The coaches are filled with energy and positivity and the people who workout there very friendly and you would feel always feel like you are going to your second home! Plus they are open all days of the week and have various timings to fit all of your schedules! Highly recommended for everyone who like CrossFit and who would like to try something new with amazing people! You will not regret it!
