  In a world full of bureaucratic nonsense and AI phone operators, It is so refreshing to speak with a real person!
  
  When I was having difficulties with my renters insurance, (My fault entirely, I have a tendency to wait until the last minute) and I had no idea how to proceed, I called Billy Tecklenburg's office directly. I spoke with Amanda, (who answered the phone immediately, none of that getting routed through a bakers dozen of automated submenus first) and she was AMAZING!!!!
  
  She explained everything that was happening, assisted me on my next steps, and even offered to call my rental office on my behalf!
  
  To cap it all off, after everything had been taken care of, she reached back out to me and let me know what had happened and that all was well.

  Very nice and helpful staff! Even though I moved out of state, they were knowledgeable & efficient in advising me on the best plan of action. If back in Ohio, would choose Billy’s team.

  Everyone in this office is extremely helpful and responsive. I have been with this office since I was 16 years old and just recently have moved out of state. They all were so helpful with getting my plans transferred and answered my questions promptly. Much appreciated!

  I was looking for an insurance policy with better rates when Dakota reached out to me. He was friendly and professional. He was so helpful in explaining everything as far as coverage, rates, and every other question I had. He was able to help me save $100 from my original policy with a different company. I would absolutely recommend Dakota for anyone who is looking for a great agent who really makes you feel comfortable with what State Farm has to offer. I am extremely pleased with the service he provided and with the savings he helped me achieve. Dakota is great at his job and I was happy to switch companies especially with the service he provided. I especially appreciate how he invested his time into making sure I was satisfied with everything I needed help with.

  Dakota made getting insurance feel like a very heartfelt & guided experience! He was very patient and thorough with every question we had about the different policies we were going over. We definitely appreciated the fact he was willing to meet us at home to go over all the details! It’s small details that make the difference and Dakota was very hospitable.
  Very thrilled to say that we have gained an agent that will be apart of protecting many awesome milestones in our lives. We left our meeting feeling great about our future and excited to work with him again!
