Bay Area Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration

We recently had our furnace, air conditioning and hot water heater replaced
by Bay Area. We were very pleased with the service. At first we had a hard time getting
a hold of them but that was because our home warranty gave us a different number
which was an answering service. Once they gave us their correct number, they always
were there when we called. They were very professional , friendly and kept their work area
clean. Bill was great to work with and answered all our questions. We would recommend
them. Even though we haven’t used our furnace yet, the air and hot water heater work
great, and we are sure the furnace will too when it comes time to need it!

Thank you for your wonderful service with our heating unit. We appreciate all your effort in working with our home warranty company. Everyone went above and beyond to help us. Your kindness and swift action to have our heat back and working is greatly appreciated.

The whole crew at Bay Area was a pleasure to work with. Bill was very knowledgeable and thorough. They were very respectful of our home and took the extra steps to do a neat ,professional take out and installation They are a great company and we highly recommend them to for any HVAC needs. Our unit is super efficient and quiet. Five stars for sure!!!
