Came in for a more affordable alignment than most places & was informed of both left wheels being off balanced after purchasing 4 new tires bc I was told that was all my vehicle needed from the dealership. Frustrated but grateful, this team, Carrie 😀🙌 helped make the news more bearable by helping me get the parts needed. RNR Tire Express has went above and beyond for me. I bought a set of 4 tires and they did special financing in house. It doesn’t hit my credit at all. Secondly, they matched my down payment so that was another amount off my total. Third, the technician forgot to put back my lug nut key so Michael brought me my key to the place who was changing my brakes. It was a half hour drive to the shop who did my brakes. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Can’t say enough good things about the people of this location.
