Outreach Ministries

Outreach Ministries is the reason that my brothers and I exist. My mom and dad were on heavy drugs for 16 years, and my mom's health was so deteriorated that she couldn't bear children. Victor Maldonado found my parents on a busy avenue in the streets of Brooklyn, New York. After a life of street gangs, drugs and prison, Victor took my parents to what was then known as Outreach for Youth in Pataskala, Ohio where they were reformed and introduced to the Lord. My mom, Alexandra (Sandy) went on to have 3 children with my dad who became an evangelist known as Agustin (Augie) Velazquez. This wonderful organization truly cares about saving lives, and they don't charge like other so-called outreach programs that cost more than tuition at Rutgers University. My family and I will always be eternally grateful for Margie and Victor Maldonado.
