(March 27, 2023, 6:25 pm)My husband rented a unit for his tools and spot to store his work trailer. From the beginning, the staff has been wonderful. Today, Danielle (staff member) went above and beyond to help us. We came 20 min prior to closing and she was patient and got us the garaging spot needed for my husband trailer. She was very efficient and knowledgeable and went the extra mile. The unit was nice and clean and perfect space for what we needed. I appreciate the entire staff at simply storage and would recommend it to anyone.
