Parlor West is, and always has been top notch! Everyone is always friendly and personable. Owner, Andrea West has done my hair for over 12 years and I have never been disappointed. I went to Parlor West for the first time yesterday.
When I called for an appointment they were very courteous, professional, and friendly!
A stylist promptly contacted me shortly after I called.
Her name is Anna. She asked me good, interested questions about my needs and got me in quickly.

I was really impressed that this salon is really going the extra mile to be safe with the Covid virus protocols in place. Everyone with masks, masks required of patrons, and I was there for 2 hours and watched while stations were meticulously cleaned repeatedly.

Anna gave me exactly what i asked for, a perfect hair coloring and we discussed options on cutting my hair. I have been very nervous about cutting my hair.
I was so impressed with her that i followed her advice and let her take off 3 inches. I was glad I did and it's the best haircut I've had in years.
In addition, the products they used made my hair shiny and with really great curls.; so i bought several of their products.
All the stylists were friendly and genuinely caring.
The salon is immaculate, bright, and inviting.

So, I just wanted to give you an idea of my experience...I found a new salon...already made my next appointment.
