Our account was recently acquired by Theresa and her team due to the retirement of our prior agent. Although we had received good service from our prior agent, I saw it as an opportunity to shop our polices with other carriers since it’s so easy today with the internet.
In the end, after meeting Theresa and her team we moved every policy we had in Ohio to her agency and moved all of our out of state business to State Farm.
I have a decent working knowledge of insurance, our decision was based entirely on the client service we have received from Theresa, Danielle and the rest of her team.

I have been in Ohio for just over a year and was sad to leave my last State Farm agent in Indiana. I had had a less favorable experience at another company for several years prior and the choice to move to State Farm has consistently been the right one! I spent serious time deciding which agent I felt most comfortable with in the move as it was important to me I get simple, quality service as I am a busy bee these days. Theresa and company have been so incredibly kind and I genuinely enjoy making the call to them when I need help, which is not something I can say about most things I have to do!
They have also been so kind about pronouns and are queer friendly, which is also so very important to me and just warms my heart. I cancelled a renter’s policy with another agency because I trust Theresa that much and would trust them in a heartbeat with about anything, I’m sure.
