The Staff is Very Cordial - from the front-desk greeting upon entering the door, through the nurse assistant intake & DR examination, to the "Have a good day" prior to exiting the UC Facility. (June 5, 2020, 12:13 pm)Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I came in to an empty lobby, but forgot my ID. I was home and back in 10 minutes and there were two people waiting in the lobby. I was convinced that there would be a substantial wait, as they seemed light on staff, but they got everyone taken care of lightning fast! I was called back before the receptionist could even finish entering my new client paperwork. The nurse practitioner was extremely nice, professional, and very informative! I'm so glad this facility is so close to home!
