(February 11, 2021, 9:14 am)I love, love, love my landlord Erica. She is just amazing since I moved here its been some rough times but I have been with CPO for 8 years. This will be my last stop until I buy my house. I just want corporate to know and anyone viewing this she is amazing and truly cares about her residents all f them. I had no heat, wiring issues and more she made it happen quickly. She is courageous, loving shows great professionalism and is honest about everything. She deserves a promotion because she didn't leave when she could of I know CPO is not the best company to work for but she represents them well. She never drops the ball and she keeps occupancy and happy families. I am now a resident manager myself because of how she made me feel being her tenant thank you Erica for all you do for me and my children as a single mother I appreciate you. Thank you CPO for her appreciate her!!

(September 14, 2020, 2:28 pm)Our management had been terrible. I have lived out here for almost 5 yrs and we recently got a new office manager name Erica and she is PHENOMENAL!!! In such a short period of time she has been getting things done for me and i appreciate everything!!! We are grateful for her and with her I know I will start to love it here again

(August 18, 2020, 9:44 am)I had an air conditiner issue and Erica was sick for weeks but as soon as she returned she handled my concerns. I blame corporate for leaving new landlords with so many things that werent handled with the people they hired before her. Erica is doing her best and i am very impressed she is always walking the grounds, cutting bushes, shes quick she has reaaly turned this apartment complex around! i appreciate how she is always professional and efforts need not to go without question. She is the best landlord weve had out here. She is always on time and never stops to make sure things are done!
