The honesty people were raving about in the reviews were almost too good to be true. I am happy to report that it was also my experience with JAM Fix people. Friendly staff with integrity. Also affordable prices, comparable to big chains like meineke…fire stone. It might even be alittle lower.

Great auto place that is professional and trustable! Got my alternator and belt tensioner replaced here. They charged less than a competing mechanic would for just the alternator, with no difference in quality of parts or labor. Run by a couple, very small place, but still excellent customer service as well. They gave me a quote over the phone, and stuck to that with the final price. Best experience I've had in Columbus.

After taking my car to numerous places and being utterly disappointed, I found J.A.M Fix Auto. Right off the bat they were super nice and very knowledgeable about diagnosing what was wrong with my truck. They kept a line of communication to give me updates and I was super satisfied with the end result. My only regret was that I did not go to them first! TRULY A GREAT PLACE!!!

I can't rave enough about my experience here. Jo was kind and thorough on the phone and even made sure I could pick up my car around my work schedule. Jason did a fantastic job of repairing my thermostat and took care to verify there were no other serious issues.

Truly exceptional service from wonderful, honest folks. This will be my new go-to place for auto repairs. Highly, highly recommend this shop!!

Have known the owner for long enough that our car was the first one on the rack in their shop after encouraging them to open their own shop. I cannot say enough good things about this shop but I will say that they are ALWAYS honest and fair which in my opinion is worth more than anything else. I know that when I take my cars to them they will be fixed quickly and correctly the first time. They always stand behind their work and will make it right if something unexpected does go wrong.
