I haven't had any appointments at this location so I can't speak on the office as a whole. Now Lisa Wahoff CNP was and may still be able the prescribing doctor at The Woodlands in Newark Ohio. I had a different counselor initially. The initial counselor was a great counselor. Kind, and genuine, she knew what she was doing. To honest the woman didnt do anything wrong. I am just extremely stubborn, closed off, and if i am faced with opening up to anyone who i don't get a certain kind of vibe from. I will immediately shut down and i don't care if they are the best in the league, I wont budge. We will end up having a staring contest for the whole hour. When I met Lisa one day to pick up my prescriptions, I immediately felt comfortable and I instantly felt that vibe. So I started yapping away. I don't know if it was that same day or later but I ask her if I could scrap the one I have and just see her only. Even though she wasn't brought in as counselor, she agreed with no second thoughts. She is extremely qualified, beyond competent. She is kind and fair. But she also does not co-sign bull**** so she holds you 100% accountable for your part of things. Believe me that is a good thing in my case, I had a habit of manipulating fault for problems in my life and place blame on other people. When in actuality some of my issues were caused by my choices and disregard for rules or warnings and my choice to ignore certain things had dire consequences occasionally..I guess I wasn't as mature enough to admit the parts I played. I have nothing by respect, admiration, and love for Lisa wahoff CNP as a person, and a medical professional so I highly recommend her to anyone who may ask. A million thank you's to you Lisa Wahoff CNP You are truly in a league all your own...

I’ve been seeing Regina Preston, CNP for just under 6 months and the difference in me is like night and day. She has been the most compassionate physician that I’ve ever seen and she won’t stop until you are 100% better. I’m always encouraged to reach out to her if I have any questions or concerns and having that reassurance from someone in the medical field really makes you feel like they have your back! The ladies who work in the front are also awesome with scheduling and are always helpful! Dealing with mental health can be the scariest thing you deal with, but here you won’t have to walk it alone. ❤️

Dr. Regina has been part of a multi-month process which has helped me take back control of my life which has resulted in better outcomes for me both professionally and personally.

In addition, Dr. Regina has the highest of integrity in working with her patients to ensure a path to success. I feel I've not only met someone who has changed my life but who has made me a better person as a result of those changes in my life.

When I first found this place I had the pleasure of working with Alicja who is kind, straightforward and very easy to talk to. I think our personalities melded well. Unfortunately I had to change my doctor a few times for scheduling purposes and their move to sinclair Ave and was sad to not have her any more, as I didn’t really click with the other doctors the same way. Since she’s the owner she’s really busy which is totally understandable but she was definitely my favorite and I was sad to let her go!!The three other docs I was put with seemed like fine doctors, and it didn’t help that everything went virtual just as the change began, but I think I just felt most comfortable chatting with Alicja. Another reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars , it sometimes seems like I get the run around when trying to book my appointments. This office seems really busy and the new changes may have scattered things a little bit. Nonetheless! I highly recommend her, I felt like we connected really well and she took me seriously. I got my mood disorder figured out and have been in a way better place since I found this office.
