Great experience. I really appreciate Collin's no pressure approach and friendliness. He was really helpful. I was there on a cold, snowy day and he hung outside with me the whole time I was transferring my things. Great all around experience

We walked in about 30 minutes before closing in a Saturday afternoon. David approached us calmly and offered to assist. I showed him the picture of the car I was looking for and after asking a few questions he brought the car out. He explained the specs about the car and I know it was not the one for me. I the. Showed him a second car and he did not hesitate to bring it forth. He was calm as he explained the features. As I was checking out the ins and outs of the car, he and my husband continued to talk. I then approached them and said” yep, this is the one I want”. They both asked if I was ready to test drive, I said “ no need, if the numbers are right, I will take it today!””

The service dept. worked me in for an appointment the same day I called. I was so pleased that the timing worked for my schedule. The device dept. went through what was done to my vehicle and reminded me that I was due for service I, my car as well. And I left with a clean car. I am always pleased with the service at Byers. The service dept.is very important in selling more cars for the dealership.

My experience with Byers Volkswagen was much greater than I anticipated. I arrived at 8:00am when the garage opened and was welcomed by Jeremy Fetzer. He directed me to the waiting area and made sure I was aware of another issue with my vehicle, while letting me know they were still working On my vehicle. Jeremy came back when the car was done and went through everything with me, and offered a paper outline of a few estimates. Byers was quick and professional. Jeremy was personable, thorough and professional. I will always choose this location. Thank you for the great service!
