  Wow! A+++ The staff is incredible! Special shout out for Mr. Ron who made our little guys visit awesome ? They are clearly experts with kids, very professional & have flawless operations. I would highly recommend.

  We love all of the personnel at Hines Little Smiles. My son has been going there his whole 8 years and has always had an excellent experience. The environment is fun and exciting (more so before COVID restrictions) and Dr. Hines did an excellent job keeping us posted on the status of their office, contact info for emergencies, and constant improvements made at the office in response to the COVID pandemic. We HIGHLY recommend the team at Hines Little Smiles for your little ones dental needs.

  This place is the BEST dentist office we have ever been to! My son initially was seen at another dentist office and had a horrible experience there so we were referred to this office. BEST thing that could have happened! When we initially tried to get in several months ago, I did have an issue getting through to schedule. However, since initially scheduled I’ve noticed major improvement in that area. As far as the dentists and hygienists, they are absolutely AMAZING! Dr. Kay is who we normally see. She is so adorable and sweet. My son absolutely loved her! He had a lot of work done and both times Dr. Kay made him feel completely comfortable and made the whole process pain free! He had such a great experience that he wasn’t even phased when I told him we had to go back. The next time, we had Dr. Anderson, who was just as amazing! There is absolutely nothing negative I have to say about this office except that the pricing is a little steeper than others, but you really get what you pay for. I drive over an hour and pay a little extra, but it’s worth it for my son to have a great experience at the dentist.

  We started my son at this dentist at about 18 months old. Staff was extremely good with him and all other kids around him.
  
  When we moved about half an hour away, we switched to another (much closer) pediatric dentist assuming we would get equally good child-friendly care. The staff at the new dentist could not even compare, and for a pediatric dentist office they were terrible with kids. Just because you have cartoons on the wall does not make it a kid-friendly service.
  
  After a year the new place, we were fed up with the poor interaction with our son and just recently switched back to Hines Little Smiles. The 30 min drive is more than worth it to have my son comfortable and in the care of staff who are genuinely good with kids. Thanks Hines!
