Chubby's is a good place for families to get good food and enjoy entertainment various days of the week. Staff is family oriented to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. Not a typical bar atmosphere but has all the adult beverages that you want.
Great place, lots of TVs, good food, he and the breakfast BLT, bacon, lettuce, tomato, egg, cheese on toasted whole wheat bread. Delicious 😋
Sorry for the delayed review here, but just wanted to say what great service I got during the first Buckeye game back on Sept 3rd. W/ a packed house between the game and it being a Sat night, figured to have to wait a little bit for food and drink refills and what not, which is fine and expected. But the whole team was hustling and serving everyone promptly. 2 separate times I had a 2nd server ask me what I needed while the 1st one was already taking care of it, now that's service. Never saw anyone stop moving or check their phone. Reason I'm taking time to make this review is because in an industry crippled right now w/ understaffed, lazy, and rude staff, Chubby's was the opposite of all 3 of those and it was such a pleasant surprise. Thanks for the "throwback" to good times and great service at a restaurant/bar. I've been before and as long as y'all keep rocking it like you are I'll be back again. Cheers
Great atmosphere. We had a large party, the server was wonderful, fast, and friendly. Drinks were great. It was a super fun night with friends and family.
One critique: the pretzel bites were disgusting. I thought we'd just get soft pretzel bites with cheese but they were deep fried, hard, and soaking in oil that hasn't been changed often enough. They don't need to be fried. Regular soft pretzel pieces are just fine.
Otherwise the food was great.
Visited here last Friday night. Sat outside. Very comfortable. Good service. The pretzel pieces and nacho cheese was very good, as were the potato skins. Not a beer drinker, but that seems to be their specialty. Those who drank said it was good. There is also a corner of the patio outside where they allow smoking of cigars. Not my thing, but my companions were into it. Nice clientele.
