It was so nice to be able to have her take complete control over every aspect of the process, from building the strategy and helping us get our home ready for sale ... to showcasing it and working through contract negotiations. Plus, we know that the family coming into our home will love and cherish it as much as we have for the past two decades.   I highly recommend Thomas | Riddle Realtors to anyone in the area who has a property to sell. Erin Spalding and Rob Riddle successfully helped me get my house sold in less than 5 weeks from my initial contact with Erin to the final closing. They understood my needs, offered open opinions/suggestions, and took care of all the needed tasks while I was traveling abroad. Throughout the entire process, Erin was not only on top of things but also very responsive (even with 10-12 hours of time differences). In short, their services truly exceeded my expectations - i.e. achieving my objectives with minimum cost and quick turnaround time in a very professional manner!!

  I recently worked with Kandis Hall and, with her help, was lucky enough to close on my first home. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me in this big moment in my life as she was both able to schedule visits as needed and was also quick with responding to messages and questions. She is very personable and truly understands what to look for and consider when you are ready to make an offer for a home. She even had great suggestions for remodeling and knew what to keep an eye out for when it came to areas of the home that may need some work.
