Nice staff and doctors, very friendly.

Anne Bever, MD is the doctor for both my kids. She is highly knowledgeable and also very friendly. She also keeps a very detailed record of everything. We always had a very positive and pleasant experience.

We are saddened that we’ve had to discontinue pediatric care with this facility. Our 20 month old son has been a patient here since he was a newborn. We specifically chose Rainbow based on my gynecologist’s recommendation before our son was born. Unfortunately all was well until is 18 months appointment. The nurse was an hour late to seeing us. And I was confused how she could be behind so early in the morning. But ok, no reason to switch practices at that time. We chose to leave because I’ve reached out via phone once in early August to inquire about when flu shots would be available. I was told that they will send out emails within 2 weeks when the nurses decide how they were doing a clinic this year with covid. So never heard anything. So I reached out via the contact us form on the website at some point in late September I believe and asked if they were still planning a clinic or can I just schedule a visit for them to administer the flu vaccine. Never heard anything back. Here it is November and still nothing from that. I do not have social media accounts so I don’t know if anything was posted there. My son has had his flu vaccine with a new pediatrician that he was able to see a week after I scheduled him. I wouldn’t say that they do not care for the health of their patients, I assume they are busy with other things. Possibly just didn’t have time to reach back out. Which isn’t a good look but we enjoyed our experiences up until that point.

Our son is almost 4 years old and he has been a patient of Rainbow Pediatrics. We love this practice! The doctors are great and you can always get an appointment quickly if something comes up. This practice is great for anxious new parents because they always return your calls promptly and can get you an appointment to see someone at the office if there is an emergency. Everyone who works there is very nice. We have been very pleased.
