I have been a patient of Dr. Baldwin at EyeCare Associates for approximately 20 years. My vision can be tricky to correct but Dr. Baldwin has always done a great job getting my glasses and contacts just right.
Recently, my prescription changed and I ordered a new pair of progressive glasses. When they came in, I wasn’t quite comfortable with them. I felt they weren’t correcting my vision properly. Dr. Baldwin repeated the eye exam to make sure of the prescription. A second pair was ordered which still didn’t work for me. At that point, Stefanee, one of their Licensed Opticians I hadn’t met before took over to check the fitting, lenses, and how they were positioned within the frames. Stefanee is fantastic! She’s extremely patient, friendly, and professional. Stefanee solved the problem! She ordered another pair and they are perfect! Thank you Dr. Baldwin and Stefanee!
