I drove from Dayton to Columbus because there were no dealers who had the dump trailer I wanted in the Dayton area. I spoke with Brad a few days before I could come over to Columbus, he had EXACTLY what I wanted and even offered to stay and wait for me because of the drive and traffic problems in the Columbus area. Needless to say, I would like to say thank you to Brad for arranging the whole thing for me. He went above and beyond what I could have expected in a dealer. What a great experience. I stopped by after jumping off the freeway two weeks ago. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted immediately with a smile. Two weeks later I followed up and gave them a call. But what impressed me the most about this company is they didn't try to sale me the most expensive trailer.
