Silvertree at Little Turtle

I would like to commend both Kyle Vagnier and Carole Eichenlaub for their expertise and patience working with us on our rental contract. As seniors, whenever we have run into issues working on the computer with the rental contract they have walked us through the process with diligence. Their timeliness in getting back to us and answering questions has been phenomenal. It is comforting to have a person on the other end of phone inquiries rather than automation, and a staff that has heartfelt concern for the tenant. The grounds are kept up well, and there is a true feeling of "home" at Silvertree!

I love living at Silvertree. It's beautifully serene here. My neighbors are the best. For once, I am at peace in my surroundings.

I had Kyle Vagnier help me find a 2 bedroom. This guy is the nicest leasing consultant I've ever dealt with. I would have never rented if he didn't follow up with me like he did! I'm excited to be part of the Silver tree community! Great job Kyle!!

I have been at Silvertree for a year and just signed a second lease. Everyone in the office is beyond helpful with any issues you have and will always greet you with a smile. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. The maintenance team doesn’t wait around on requests and normally gets easy fix’s done the same day. They do a great job at keeping the whole complex clean and in working order. The dog park and pool are definitely a plus, and always kept neat. There’s also the golf trails that are great to walk on at sunset. I have been renting for over 10 years and this is the first place I didn’t want to leave!
