  The staff at Copley Apartments are extremely nice and very friendly. They listen to what I was looking for in an apartment and went beyond measures to make it a good fit. I came across a few residents there and they are just as nice and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for top amenities and convenient location. Go Copley!!! ??

  We have lived here for 2 years now and love it! We've lived in two different units and have had maybe 3 maintenance issues in 2 years -- all were fixed quickly with no further issues. The staff -- maintenance and leasing alike -- have all been nothing but kind and helpful. The location is perfect for us as we want to be close to shopping, restaurants, etc. but don't want to have to deal with too much traffic or difficult parking. Both downtown and work (in New Albany) are an easy 20 minute drive. There is no shortage of fun resident events. The staff even improvised during quarantine and residents were treated to free Donato's pizza, free Jeni's ice cream, and a credit for a movie night! The staff here make sure the residents know they are appreciated. The community itself is rather quiet and all the residents I've interacted with have been super friendly. Overall an amazing place for the price and we plan to stay here until we are ready to purchase a home.

  Just moved to Copley Park and though I am still too new to speak about the community and the complex as a whole, I have to say that Kali and Megan at the leasing office have been very helpful throughout this entire process. I moved here because I wanted to live somewhere that had a strong management team that cares about their tenants and that is exactly what you get at Copley. Although things may not go as planned, effective communication goes a long way when it comes to keeping residents happy during the unexpected. I want to give a special shout out to Kali because she has been really good about that. Also, the unit is super nice and I feel like I'm getting what I bargained for.

  I've lived at Copley Park now for 4 months now. I love my apartment. I got a second floor one bedroom for the balcony. My friends come over and are blown away with the quality of amenities and how nice every little detail is with the interior design. As someone who takes action to improve the environment, Copley Park couldn't make recycling any easier: you just put it outside your door and it is picked up every Tuesday.
  
  From my first meeting with Sara when I came in with no appointment to this very morning where I'm going to stop in, I've notice a consistent attention to detail, rapid follow up and an innate curiosity about your life like you'd get from a friend. She even makes introductions to people you might be have common interests with.
  
  I'm lucky to be living here. I rigorously researched A LOT of apartments, both online and in person in search of the best combination of quality of living and price. This is it. There's a reason that Copley Park has the highest average Google reviews for apartment in the area.
  
  If you are in the market or will be soon, make sure to reach out to Sara or stop in and see her. She actually cares about finding you a new home . The management company differentiates itself from other apartment groups with the training and who they hire.

  Copley Park was great throughout the apartment search process! Ally helped us schedule a tour and walked us around the facility. Ally of the Champion property’s have great vibes! Everyone is very kind and helpful. Copley Park is a beautiful, well kept and well organized complex. There was plenty of available parking, free coffee, clean facilities, helpful staff and happy residents. I would highly recommend!
