Swanton Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Thank you so much for taking such good care of our Mom. She is 86, broke her foot and required re-hab.
We contacted Swanton Valley Rehabitation and are so pleased that we did.
The care was wonderful, including the Nurses, Therapists, Administration and Staff. Our Mom was very happy and loved participating in the activities.
She's walking with her walker again and able to leave this week.
We are very pleased with her care and would have her return to Swanton Valley, if she required it.
